Web 2.0 icons by utombox.com The JRC Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) has held a tutorial on the impact of web 2.0 on eGovernment at the "European eGovernement Conference" that takes place in Lisbon on the 19-21 September. The conference, organised by the Portuguese presidency and The Commission’s DG Information Society, addresses different themes relating to ICT and public services.
